Salt & Soil envisions a food system where everyone in our communities has access to fresh, healthy, local food regardless of income.

The Healthy Foods = Healthy Families Initiative is a customer giving program through the Salt & Soil marketplace. Customer donations are used to sponsor local families participation on the marketplace for a 12 week period allowing folks to purchase local produce, seafood, and eggs.

Each sponsorship is 12 weeks long and valued at $300 - that’s $25 a week of fresh, hyperlocal, high quality food.

New in 2021 all participating individuals will receive recipe cards to make the most with their items.
